9/19 ordered pork soup dumplings ε°η± ε , pan-fired pork buns ηͺθηη ε , Cantonese-style dim-sum such as Shumai (siu mai ηθ³£), steamed shrimp dumplings (har gow θ¦ι€) and sticky rice chicken η³―η±³ι, and yangzhou fried rice. to me, the pork soup dumplings are better than Jeng Chi in Richardson, which i had it down-graded from good to average. unless you want a lot of sodium to push your blood pressure even higher, the less-salty "juice" is a good fit. siu mai ηθ³£, har gow θ¦ι€ and sticky rice chicken are slightly, but definitely, better than other chinese restaurants in the area including Kirin Court as the ingredients are fresh. one restaurant has used ground chicken for their sitcky rice chicken while this one has real chicken pieces. pan-fired pork buns ηͺθηη ε is the best dish for tonight. not overdone, just right. yangzhou fried rice is average. i am giving 5 stars because i want to go by the trend here. in HK, this one is 3.5, and Jeng Chi and Kirin Court should be about or below 2.8 based on recent experiences of their food. L's, please keep up the good food. thanks. also, bus the table sooner rather than later.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The fish was absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, with the perfect balance of sourness and spice. If you love Chinese food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It also provide traditional Chinese dim sum. I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered food for take away. Food was fantastic, hot fresh, and full of flavor! Staff was friendly and hard-working. Nice new addition to community, and Iβm thrilled to have more choices so close to home!

The food at LS Dumplings was good, and Iβd definitely give them another shot, but they still have some kinks to work out. We tried the pork soup dumplings, beef fried rice, fried shrimp dumplings, and the eggplant with shrimp paste (although ours was oddly served with a whole shrimp instead). Overall, we enjoyed the food. Service and some of the details need improvement. The food took quite a while to come out, the first glass we received was dirty, and no one came by to offer drink refills. The silverware was also oddly smallβalmost like something made for kidsβso normal full-size silverware would be a nice upgrade. They also had a cart with water and cleaning supplies sitting out in the dining room, which would probably be better kept in the back. Nothing here is a dealbreaker, especially for a newer restaurant still working things out. The food itself was good enough that Iβd go back, although next time I might just get it to go.
